Charles and his wife Sheila are based in Toulouse. They came to the Chaplaincy
in August 2006, and Charles was formally installed as Chaplain on 16
September 2006. Prior to being
here, Charles was the Naval Chaplain for the Royal Fleet Auxiliary.
